Yes. Our caregivers can provide transportation to medical appointments, grocery stores, social events, and other errands. (Please note: Additional mileage fees may apply depending on the care plan.)

While most of our clients are at home, we can also provide companionship and one-on-one support for individuals living in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or hospitals.

Getting started is simple:
Initial Call: Contact us to discuss your basic needs.
Free Consultation: We schedule a complimentary in-home assessment to meet your family and understand your specific requirements.
Care Plan & Matching: We create a personalized care plan and match you with a compatible caregiver.

To ensure consistency and quality of care, we have a minimum requirement of [Insert Hours, e.g., 4 hours] per visit. We offer everything from a few hours a week to 24/7 care.

If your primary companion is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange for a qualified substitute caregiver who fits your care plan.

Because companion care is non-medical, it is generally not covered by standard Medicare or traditional health insurance. However, services are often covered by Long-Term Care Insurance (LTCI) or paid for privately. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to verify your coverage.

Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities. All of our companions undergo a rigorous screening process, including:
Comprehensive criminal background checks
Detailed reference checks
In-depth interviews to assess personality and skills
We take great care in matching clients with caregivers. We look at your loved one’s personality, hobbies, schedule, and specific needs, and pair them with a companion who shares similar interests and has the right experience.
Chemistry is incredibly important. If for any reason the match isn’t perfect, just let us know. We will happily work with you to find a different companion who makes your loved one feel completely safe and comfortable.
